Fide, SL is a Spanish company dealing on lighting products it developed very successfully in Spain. On 2008 it reached an agreement with a German distribution of its products, and its shareholders decided to invest a minority interest.

They contacted ANTEA, Alliance of Independent Firms local member to contract a peer review. Some of the potential problems of the investment were duly clarify. Since then, our ANTEA local member audits the company to ensure the needed transparency.

We are pleasure to announce the second EMEA Conference of ANTEA to be held in Prague, on 30th April.

We will have a very intensive programme. Some of the sessions will be held jointly, and others will deal with individual subjects of interest: auditing, tax and legal, corporate finances and other services. We will deal with what is happening in our profession, and also with some techniques to improve the management of our practices, sharing with our partners their best practice experiences.
