ANTEA, Alliance of Independent Firms was created to provide members with a new kind of international network in a "low cost/high quality" mind. We essentially concentrate on the needs of an international network: international coverage, shared methodology to ensure quality and production of marketing materials. |

ANTEA works on a very light structure and low fees, as we understand that to cover those essential needs, little investment is necessary.
Success Stories
Fide, SL is a Spanish company dealing on lighting products it developed very successfully in Spain. On 2008 it reached an agreement with a German distribution of its products, and its shareholders decided to invest a minority interest.
They contacted ANTEA, Alliance of Independent Firms local member to contract a peer review. Some of the potential problems of the investment were duly clarify. Since then, our ANTEA local member audits the company to ensure the needed transparency.

We are pleased to announce the second Latin-American and EMEA Conference of ANTEA to be held in San José on 23rd April and Praga on 30th April.
We will have a very intensive programme. Some of the sessions will be held jointly, and others will deal with individual subjects of interest: auditing, tax and legal, corporate finances and other services. We will deal with what is happening in our profession, and also with some techniques to improve the management of our practices, sharing with our partners their best practice experiences.
