Fide, SL is a Spanish company dealing on lighting products it developed very successfully in Spain. On 2008 it reached an agreement with a German distribution of its products, and its shareholders decided to invest a minority interest.

They contacted ANTEA, Alliance of Independent Firms local member to contract a peer review. Some of the potential problems of the investment were duly clarify. Since then, our ANTEA local member audits the company to ensure the needed transparency.

On October 9th the first worldwide annual meeting of ANTEA is going  to be held in Berlin, Germany. This year is the 20th anniversary of the reunification. And in deed there isn't a better place in Germany to understand this unforgettable event that changed the world.
