Antea celebrates the XI edition of its regional conventions LATAM and EMEA
The capital of Argentina and its partners were in charge of hosting Antea members from all over Latin America on May 2nd and 3rd. Along with other topics of current relevance, the digital transformation in the management of people and international business of Latin America abroad were discussed. The conference, which was a success, brought together 35 delegates.
The conference was the perfect backdrop for the current members of Antea to share ideas and information with colleagues with whom they had already met in previous editions, as well as a perfect introduction to the work and development of ANTEA for new members and guests.
There was also time for members and colleagues of Antea to chat in a more relaxed atmosphere thanks to the careful social program prepared by the hosts, Auren Argentina led by its president Fernando de Tezanos Pinto, which included a tango show and was completed with a Integration tour on Saturday through the main tourist attractions of the city of Buenos Aires.
Antea also held the eleventh EMEA Conference in Dublin, Ireland on May 17th. The event brought together 52 professional auditors, accountants and attorneys from across the region from more than 20 countries, where, as in Buenos Aires, the news of our alliance was presented to welcome the new members who briefly made an introduction of their respective firms. The agenda continued with different technical sessions, where, for example, the Brexit of the United Kingdom was discussed by knowledgeable experts of the subject or a dynamic session led by our member in Italy, Davide Guardamagna of the firm Studio Legale Guardamagna e Associatti on ‘Ambush Marketing in Sports’.
The local member of Antea in Dublin, Garrett Hugh of the firm Hugh McCarthy & Associates, made sure that the attendees knew the lively city from first hand and he ensured that both the work agenda and the social plan were a whole success. We want to thank all the attendees, as well as the host members and panelists for their participation. We hope to continue repeating these meetings and continue to grow together internationally.
