Antea announces the renewal of its Board of Directors with the appointment of three new representatives
19/11/2025 – In line with the governance plan developed over the past year and formally approved at the recent Worldwide Conference in Cancún, Antea has completed the partial renewal of its Board of Directors with the appointment of three new members.
The new representatives - Manny Tzagarakis, Magali Micheletti, and Matthew Bracher - assumed their roles in November 2025 and will serve until 2029.
During the AGM, Antea also announced the upcoming transition of the Chairmanship. Ofir Angel, current Chairman, will complete his mandate at the end of the next fiscal year. He will then be succeeded by Cornelia Barnbrook, Partner at Auren Germany, ensuring a smooth and well-structured transition.
About the new Board members
Manny Tzagarakis, Partner at RBSM (United States), is a Client Service Audit Partner with over 20 years of cross-industry experience. He specializes in SEC reporting, IPO processes and financial transactions, and contributes to the firm’s quality control and executive leadership initiatives. He is a licensed CPA in New York and holds a degree in Accounting from Pace University.
Magali Micheletti, Partner at Auren Luxembourg, brings 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector. Her background covers corporate services, advisory, HR, and complex structuring for corporate, institutional and high-net-worth clients. She has served as board member, executive director and in senior positions within well-established firms, combining technical expertise with a strong strategic and managerial perspective.
Matthew Bracher, Partner at Gravita (United Kingdom), has more than 30 years of experience supporting the Bristol business community. After roles in a local firm and a top-10 international firm, he joined Gravita to advise SMEs on accounting, tax and business matters. He holds deep sector expertise, particularly in professional practices, and previously served on the ICAEW’s Solicitors’ Group Committee.
Both José Luis Galipienso, CEO of Antea, and Ofir Angel, Chairman, highlighted that these three profiles will strengthen the Board’s activity and contribute to the continued growth of the alliance, reinforcing its commitment to quality and international excellence.
