Antea 17th Worldwide Conference: A milestone of growth and connection
25/12/2025 This last 7th of November, Antea hosted its annual Worldwide conference in Cancún, México, a location of special significance for the alliance. Seventeen years ago, Antea launched its very first Worldwide conference in Mexico, returning to the same country for the 17th edition was not only a symbolic milestone of growth, collaboration and international support, but also a heartfelt celebration of our shared history and enduring values.
The conference began, as always, with ANTEA’s updates into our strategic initiatives and an overview of membership growth. This year, we were pleased to welcome 15 new firms into our alliance, many of which also had the opportunity to attend the conference. A key highlight of the conference was the incorporation of the new Board Members: Magali Micheletti (Luxembourg), Matthew Bracher (UK), and Manny Tzagarakis (USA).
The program featured a rich variety of sessions, including panels on AI’s impact on professional services, legal risk management, transfer pricing strategies and a particularly engaging discussion explored how firms are adapting to evolving client expectations.
Beyond the professional agenda, attendees enjoyed a memorable social program that showcased the rich culture and heritage of ancient Mayan ruins, a unique opportunity to strengthen connections and foster networking.
