Goodyear Blackie Herrington was set up in 2010 focusing their main activity on SMEs both local and internationally providing advice to businesses and solutions in the following areas of expertise: corporate transactions, commercial law, employment law, commercial property, residential property and contentious litigation.  Their clients are not only privately owned businesses, family run or start-up business projects but also UK subsidiaries of companies overseas, particularly in the US. Currently the firm count with a total of 16 professionals able to attend their clients in French, German and English.
